Would you like to relax, destress, or reduce your anxiety?

Or maybe you have a different health concern.

Or perhaps you are looking to improve your general wellbeing.

If so then reflexology could help you like it helped me…..

The positive impact Reflexology had on my life

Several years ago I was struggling to cope with chronic lower back pain and it was really getting me down; so much so it was having a huge impact on my life. I had tried many things to help with the pain but unfortunately nothing seemed to work. I was at a stage where I was willing to try anything to ease the pain I was experiencing every day.

It was a friend who suggested I try reflexology, at the time I didn’t know much about it and was sceptical but I decided to try it as I had nothing to lose.

In the beginning I wasn’t comfortable with someone touching my feet, but during the very first session I soon relaxed and began to enjoy the treatment. It was after a few sessions I realised I didn’t need to take so many pain killers and I was able to do more physically.

It was like a miracle cure for me, after so many years of suffering with lower back pain I finally found something that worked for me. Thanks to the amazing results of reflexology, I am, for the most part pain free, occasionally I have a flare up but now I have the power of reflexology at my finger tips to help get me back on track.

The positive impact that reflexology had on my life made me want to help others so I knew I wanted to train as a reflexologist; sounds cliché, but it’s true.

Helping my clients

Seeing first-hand the positive effects the treatment has on my clients is amazing. Like Melanie who runs her own successful business and suffers with depression and anxiety. She tells me she feels amazing after her treatment, relaxed, calm and ready to take on the week.

Diane always looks forward to her reflexology sessions, after just for first treatment she told me “I went into a deep state of relaxation, it was like nothing I’ve experienced before and never during a reflexology treatment”.

Having a positive impact on a person is extremely rewarding, which is one of the reasons I love my job as a Reflexologist.

Helping you

Before discovering the amazing benefits of reflexology and completing my training I worked as a registered nurse, it was something I loved and felt very proud to do; unfortunately, my back thought otherwise! Although I am no longer nursing I feel privileged to be able to help people using reflexology and I apply the same high levels of care, compassion, empathy and confidentiality when treating my clients.

All treatments are tailored to your needs in a relaxed, calm and safe environment. I really look forward to meeting and helping you discover the amazing benefits of reflexology.

Best wishes, Helen.
