Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

  • Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the purchase date/ for 6 months from the valid from date in case of vouchers brought in advance for a special occasion, for example a birthday or Christmas.
  • Vouchers not used within this 6 month period will thereafter not be valid, with no entitlement to a refund or exchange. It is not possible to extend the voucher validity beyond the expiry date.
  • Vouchers can not be exchanged for cash.
  • Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-replaceable.
  • Gift vouchers will be subject to verification at time of presentation.
  • All bookings made by the recipient are subject to my terms and conditions.
  • All bookings made with a voucher are booked for the recipient at a time that is mutually agreed and are subject to my cancellation policy.
  • As per my cancellation policy, if 48 hours notice is not given the voucher will be taken as full payment. and will therefore be considered as spent, the same also applies to a no show.
