Each treatment is tailor-made to you and your needs.
When you arrive we will discuss your goals for the treatment and any concerns you might have, this is then followed by the hands on treatment.
At the end of your session we will discuss any aftercare advice that will help to extend the benefits of your treatment.
Your appointment time therefore includes all of the above support and guidance.

Payment & Cancellation Policy
I except payments by bacs, cash or card.
I understand that sometimes you might need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. I kindly ask that you contact me to cancel 48 hours in advance. This is so that I can offer your appointment time to someone else.
Please be aware that where 48 hours’ notice has not been given or if you do not turn up for your appointment it will be necessary to invoice you for the cost of your appointment. I would like to thank you for your understanding.
Sickness Policy
If you are feeling unwell it might be necessary to reschedule your appointment until you are feeling better. Please get in contact with me to discuss whether it is suitable for you to attend your treatment.
The reason I ask this is so as to protect other clients attending my clinic and myself. Receiving reflexology when unwell; for example, when you have a cold or the flu can make you feel worse following treatment.
